street driving, ksports or konis?
Fairly rough roads, potholes, frost heaves and some seriously neglected side roads, between the two am I making a serious compromise if I go ksport? plan on keeping ride height close to my current pedders drop (1.5/1") so nothing stupid low.
I don't know what to expect street wise with coilovers, hence my asking.

You've got Pedders, drive on rough roads and want to keep the same ride height? Don't waste your time/money on coils or konis. Keep the GM shocks/struts. Plenty of other places to put the money, you've got the best setup for what you are describing.
It's hard to know what to expect from shocks until you get them but Konis are a surprisingly good upgrade. I'd you have a Powell rear bar they keep up with it and eliminate the (somewhat severe) head toss you can get with such a big bar. Up front your steering feel will really improve, the faster I go the better it seems to get. Konis are fantastic and I really recommend them with Pedders
