basically what ive noticed on this board is certain people say one thing and everyone swings off of it having zero experience as well. or i could capitalize it like you as if it made a difference. ZERO. i havnt seen any comparison between these in actual tests like the header test thread a while back so therefore just reading numbers on the internet and having no proof, or let me capitalize that too PROOF to back up what you say means nothing to me on what youve done. so SMD is what im saying.
basically what I've noticed is you said a false statement and I pointed it out...that is it. Now you have taken it to a "higher level" so to speak and say based on zero fact that they are similar to and I quote "another brand" which they are not. And have been tested/proven to not be. Making assumptions is one thing but then backing assumptions up with zero credibility is redonkulous.

While I have every spring rate for every spring i am darned if I will post this valuable information on the internet.
I will say this: as the Eibach coil binds at the front it rises to 840 lbs rate at 8 inches compressed height, which is about 300 lbs more in rate than a Pedders or an OEM spring. So the ride sucks. Answers OP questions, and backs up your comments Northvibe from what you have found.

well im told on here that time can be shaven off of track times etc. id like to see it. a chart. a video. hell take me for a ride in the car while different springs are being tested and show me the facts. i have yet to see any therefore unlike many others on this site i will not swing off the pair just because person x has said zomg pedders are the best.

Ask Steddy how my LS on 215's with Pedders rode better AND outhandled his TC on 225's with Sportlines, or ask him how much of a difference there is between the Sportlines and Pedders(hes had both on the same car)
Pedders are better than Sportlines, unless youre looking for the lowest drop. If you want the best handling and the best ride, Pedders.

The test were done at my request by John Powell (the guy your calling out). You might not like what he has to say but it is 100% factual data. John was one of the first users to have pedders springs and the only redline i know of as well. He has ran practically every conceivable setup on his car (sportlines, pro kit, h&r, t3, ss/tc, etc) becuase that is his job.

say this is spring a these are its specs
this is spring b these are its specs
lay the data out for comparison by others and then the numbers will make it clear to everyone. then hell maybe you can grab more buyers just from showing that. like i said SMD show me data. not being an ass just asking the questions

If a customer wanted to see something like that outside of a public forum that could be done in confidence.
There is no reason for anyone to lie about it, john ran sportlines and just about every other spring out there and tested them. So who would be more knowledgeable to talk about the subject then someone who tested them and puts them to the test weekly at different tracks across the country?
The numbers you are asking for, like spring rates are available on most of the manufacturers websites. The rest of the numbers were gained by his own hard work and knowledge. You don't share that kind of thing for free. You do realize that Qwikredline is John Powell. Owner of Powell Motorsports, the company that built the Time Attack cars FOR GM Performance DIvision in late 04/05. If you don't remember the lowly cobalt smoked a 700hp Skyline.
If you don't think this guy knows what he's doing with suspension you should probably just stop posting in here.

I swear it is this time, and from the front too it wasn't doign it before. Plus I want to get that bizarre issue in the rear fixed too. I'm hoping since these aren't such a dramatic drop that will help.
