Does anyone know how many ft/lbs to use when installing caliper bolts, and also caliper brackets to steering knuckle? and are they diff from ls to ss brakes? Thanks.

Just tighten them down, dont be a pansy trying to figure out torque specs.

 

dont have that information in front of me, but ls and ss are different brakes but the crude answer is tight; very tight for the caliper to knuckle bolts and quite tight for the caliper to bracket bolts; I am guessing say 35 ft lbs for caliper to knuckle and 20 ft lbs for caliper to bracket respectively

 

i agree. only time i deal w/ tq specs is when i'm messin w/ the engine or tranny. suspension and brakes no need.
