Torque wrench setting

I'm in the process of buying a torque wrench to install my CM lowering springs. I was wondering which kind I would need for this little project. Also, what is the torque setting in the front strut? Also, what sockets will I need?

There are several how tos on springs. I think the one from halfcent has sockets sizes, probably torque settings.
