According to Eibach they deliver the following drops:
Eibach Pro-Kit lowers the 2005-2010 Cobalt 1.6" Front, 1.8" Rear
Eibach Pro-Kit lowers the 2005-2010 Cobalt SS 0" Front, .5" Rear

The drops are about the same for an Ion/Redine. These are progressive springs, nice firm ride (they don't beat you up) but stiffer when you need it.
