Wanna Drop But Afraid Too.Help Please???

i have a 2007 SS 2.4 and wanna get the eibach sportlines..only problem is that the tires i have are 225/45-18..will they rub with a 2 inch drop? all suggestions are welcome and thank you

nah def not stock tires... for the 2.4s they ride on 17 inch wheels. and the SC tires are 215/45R18 so definatly not stock. lotsa people run the drops the sc with 225s but i dunno about a 2 inch drop on a 2.4... im sure it would be fine

yea i kno the 225 will be fine..im worried that the sidewall is too tall...i just bought the tires and cant get trade in on em because of the deal i got..but im thinkin that ill have to drop to a 225/40-18

you should be ok. i have sportlines with 225/40/18 but theres still room for 45 profile tires.

i wouldn't see a problem..i had a 2.5 drop with 18's and no problems...

jeez I'd rub bad with 245's. I'm trying to get some 195/35's on the stock 18's :P
