Wheel spacers (Pictures and informations)

So I got sick of all the misinformations found on this forum and decided to make a new thread in case somebody does researches on wheel spacers in the futur based on the information I have gathered.

1. The biggest spacers you can safely use on the stock wheel studs is 5mm. (you can buy them here.)
2. 5mm wheel spacers is not enough to line up the wheels and the fenders. (imo they're not worth the investment.)
3. You need extended wheel studs (you can buy them here.) for any wheel spacers above 5mm (you can buy them here.)
4. You can use extended wheel studs without spacers and the stock lug nuts will still fit.
5. You DO NOT have to remove the rear hubs to insert the extended wheel studs.

Pictures below is my car on 225/45ZR18 lowered on D2 coilovers using Motorsport Tech 5mm front and 15mm rear wheel spacers.

Cobalt isn't at the motorsport website...man, I never knew finding some wheel spacers that work with 5X110 could be such a hassle.

The cobalt was never on their website, AFAIK.
You always had to do custom order, and it would be on there. I just did it. It's still there.

I can't find anything on spacers here. Out dated and pictures don't work. Almost 8 years old the game is changing.

Can you run wider tires when you space, 5mm front, 15mm back?
