whine after changing struts

whine after changing struts
I changed my struts yesterday and end links yesterday and now my front end is making a whining noise when moving. I even took it out of gear and let roll and it still did it then. Any ideas what this might be?

dust shield water shield, airflow director, whatever you call it, could have somehow bent. changing suspension shouldnt really create a constant whining sound, something must be rubbing.
