^^^ the coil overs use standard length shock sets so one size fits many cars. I looked at an HSD the other day that was on a Hyundai the guy ran the shock so far down teh lower sleeve ( open ended) that the shock dragged on the ground...

I just bought another cobalt after putting 100,000 miles on my Cobalt as a DD and HPDE car. I first had the stock ss/sc suspension, then SS/TC ,then sportlines, then Progress, then Pedders. So I have been through a few springs in that time looking for better handling. Drop I really dont care about. But as a daily driver it sucks banging the bump stops everyday. I started out on racing dirt tracks on the weekends but due to expenses stopped. I have been to many HPDE's and always people with Performance cars come up and ask what is in that thing or say "that was impressive I dont know how you kept up or passed me. So when someone wants to make a performance part I welcome it. So if you want a drop spring buy that and if you want a performance spring buy that. I personally want to thank John for putting in the R&D money!!!! I will call Gloria for some springs for my new SS/TC.

Thank you , u wont regret it. I will eventually decide to come up with a solution for the slammed crowd, but in the meantime, yesterday again, I was stepping out of pedders and into YYZ back to back over and over, I am content that all the objectives I set out were acheived. Worth it for sure. ride and handling.
drop is not.

So please send me shipping info to john@powellraceshop.com, Gloria will catch up with you later on Monday with tracking and payment, they run 310 a set until the end of august, works out to about 350 shipped....wisconsin is not far away, maybe less a couple bux for shipping ...

installed these springs on my friends car this weekend. along with a clutch.
i don't think there was any drop at all. the car did handle well for the small amount of time i drove it though.
since this is powells thread I will also add these "rotated mount" pictures.
these were bought from the "OTHER Vendor" last december.
as you can see.....they're all kinds of torn. crappy spacers.
i'll def be buying my rotated mounts from powell.
