Those rotors are Centric Premiums (at leadt R1 Concepts are). I don't see the need for drilling/slotting at all. I got those PLAIN with pads...around $300 all around.

Make sure you get proper rotor sizes (check brake sticky here at SS for PN).
I would do the PN search at Rock auto to get rotors..not the *CAR* cataloge.

Tire Rack also has the Centric Premiums pretty cheap as well. You can search the CAR there because it's the write PN there..front and rear.
You can get pads there (Rock Auto) too, but I would get those here>>>>
E bay has Evolution Z16 pads..you need 161379 for fronts and 161095 for rears.
