Hey, Happy Holidays too all. i'm new to tuning and i was wondering if tuning an 09 cobalt ls with an intake is worth it?

 

If it's an auto it's definitely worth it if it's a manual I'd still say it's worth it but because you aren't changing how the transmission behaves it's not as noticeable. I just have a bolt on and tune 09 LS XFE but am looking at turbo soon and I'll be switching to HP tuners most likely too.

Either get HP tuners and have a remote tune or you do the tune (have to be knowledgeable with the software). Or you could get an HP tune by a local tuner that tunes with HP tuners (only if there is a local tuner like this). Then there is Trifecta tuners where you can either go to a dealer and have them tune the car or get the cable and buy a tune.
