a little research and a guess will get u a blunt answer... but a blunt answer is better than nothing. he is telling people to keep guessing. which means keep researching. i think stroker got it with 02 readiness check. the only reason i had mention IVT tables is i searched on hptuner forums. while 2 days ago i knew nothing about IVT tables, now i do. and has nothing to do with it lol
either way, in a blunt way i guess he is trying to say he did his research and he doesnt want to babyfeed the answers.

he is 50% right. there is another test that kicks in when you axe the rear 02
your teachers didn't give you the final test for the semester at the start of it. if they did, you wouldn't learn anything

Anyways I couldn't read through any more so if it hasn't already been said its either a cat or post o2 sensor test the pcm does that is causing this.
We first started seeing this in late model Trailblazer SS's then a couple of cobalt owners said they were having a similar issue.
Because of this we've added the post o2 test switch to all cobalt operating systems for our next compile.
Anyways I couldn't read through any more so if it hasn't already been said its either a cat or post o2 sensor test the pcm does that is causing this.
We first started seeing this in late model Trailblazer SS's then a couple of cobalt owners said they were having a similar issue.
