"All LNF's knock 3-4*" -Trifecta
So after finally logging my fully bolted stock turbo LNF, I've noticed we are knocking... the trims are fucked also. Yet Steven from trifecta views the file when its sent to him and thinks it needs 0 revisions.

That's not cool. The knock is probably because the trims are off be both those issues are easily fixable

Last I heard is he's not wanting to change it because supposedly they all knock/its false knock. I don't think thats false knock at all.
honestly about to get it hptuned.

You should not have knock at WOT end of story, which you pedal command is 99.9% so WOT. Tip in knock is different but thats not WOT.
Also a lambda of 0.81 is stupid rich on direct injection and your LTFT at -9 with your STFT at +6 for a WOT pull is not good at all

if people would actually listen to Area and Term this world would be a much better place hahaha. OP i say ditch that trifecta bs tune and get someone in your area to tune with HP tuners and youll be much happier.

The Cobalt Facebook pages are ruining the Cobalt's rep one day at a time.
Full of retarded little kiddies who actually think they know what they are talking about.
I had a local kid that never listened to my advice, but always came crawling back when his car broke or didn't run right.

thats another reason why i dont have a facebook because i know i dont know a whole hell of a lot but ive learned everything on this forum since i joined back in 2009 or ive taught myself. the facebook world i agree is ruining the cobalt game one day at a time. ill go to shows and i see kids with cobalts and they start talking to me and i say where did you ever hear this stuff, they say facebook (getting tuned by james ) i said come to the forum and actually learn some stuff and get away from thinking james is god lol. i mean there was a kid who i was talking to that said he doesnt need a tune and he was a fully bolted and tuned lnf. he said guys on facebook said a tune wasnt necessary lmfao. i told him so do you like spending all that money on mods and not gaining any horsepower? he says i have plenty of power man im like 300whp i laughed and said no your not because have the guys on facebook ever told you about the learn back feature on the LNF's?? he goes no whats that i said you put whatever mods you want on your car and its not going to make anymore power then 260HP and 260TQ he then said oh i never knew that guess i need a tune hahahaha ******* kids theses days.

So back to the OP, What exactly is that Grid showing? Is that the max knock registered for an entire log? Because its really hard to tell at what RPM the knock is at and under what conditions.
If the log was done before fully warmed then I could see 3 degrees of false knock easily

I wanna learn to tune, did you read any books or anything? I wouldn't be so nervous if lnf wasn't di, but I know di is a world on its own for tuning.

LNF Guide Videos
Those two sections will help you so damn much. It's really not bad once you have done it awhile. It's totally worth it. Great learning experience.
My only issue with LNF is random false knock vs. true knock. It's really hard for me to tell the difference. And hard to tell when it's related to fuel trims or too much timing. I wish I had examples of the difference
