I think ignoring the 2005-2006 2.2l Cobalt market is a mistake.

1. 2007-2010 cars are still under warranty and they more than likely will not touch their car computers.
2. 2005-2006 is the best selling year of the Cobalt.
3. 2005-2006 Cobalt is a 'niche' market? But yet the sport car market isn't? I would think there would be 10 times as many LS/LT model Cobalts than almost any year sports car.

With the Coblat LS/LT being in the top ten car sales in 2006...
10. Chevrolet Cobalt 211,449

So you are talking about a possible half million car market to work with in those two years alone. I don't see how R&D would be wasted on even 1% of that market.

You need to contact HPT support with you're HPT serial number and ask for the 2.23 BETA copy of the software. It isn't a widely available release...

This was stated in the OP...........

They may or may not have a release built that supports it at this time. Only their support staff would know. Building software that doesn't brick ECMs takes some time lol.

Gotcha.

I didn't know if they made a formal Beta release or not.

Sounds like not.

There likely won't be a 'formal' release until the new 2.23 version comes out as stable. That's how software development works. They may create new builds of the software every day or multiple times a day for all I know. If you email the support that can send you the latest beta build that works. Just understand that it is beta. I ran the 2.23 for a good while now and it worked just fine. The new scanner has some nice enhancements. I recently just switched back however since the 2.22 version can't read 2.23 files, so it was hard showing others your files unless they install 2.23 also.

Hopefully this coming week, weren't able to finish up the build this past weekend and we've been having our yearly meeting all week so haven't been able to get any coding done during that time.
