How to tell if tuned after used cobalt purchase
Hi, I just bought a 2009 White SS. It came with those blue like bosch sensors under the hood.
I'm wondering if I'm tuned. From what I understand, my car wouldn't run properly without a tune with those bosch tmaps so I must somehow be tuned.
Im asking because I'm only hitting 17PSI and I see people running over 20PSI and they are located near me.
Should I go to the dealer and get a flash/re-flash just to be sure or is there a way to tell, test, obdII maybe ?
Would a Red EZ Flash cable be able to tell me if GMS1 is installed ? I believe I can rent one with a deposit...
I would like to unleashed the power of those bosch maps.
Could it be that I have a dual a tune and I need to trigger it somehow ?
Car is all stock except for both sensors.

it may be a dual tune though the cruise control or traction button. but also the GMS1 will use as much boost as it needs to reach 280hp calculated by the ECU. It will vary with temperature and elevation. if im wrong someone on here will correct me.

If you have a dual tune it will either be on the traction control button or your cruise control button.
