ok guys I order a Professional form HP tuners on the 15th and they billed it on the 19th soooo its been 5 business days and no word I wrote them a e-mail but no response any you guys know how reliable they are with their product I’m getting a little every one tells me thay are all that and then some but there customer service sucks any idea

 

They are a little slow right now due to the fact that they are bringing there shipping in house right now. Give them a little time, they are good guys to deal with.

where on earth do you even get HP tuners from?

 

Either from hptuners.com or from a reseller like me. The only difference being you will normally get your product faster from a reseller and you get a more personal experience. Let me know if i can set you up with something.

You have to be patient. I waited two weeks for mine to show up.

The best place with the fastest service that I have dealt with so far is Vicious Motorsports in Florida. They keep the stuff in stock and will ship next day air for next to nothing. I paid $680 and got my HP Tuners Pro less than 24 hours after I called.

 

Yeah we use an outside shipping company to fill our orders, it usually takes 5-7 business days for orders to ship, however, we recently had a backorder on Pro interfaces. I'm pretty sure we are caught up in that aspect but if you ever have any questions about your specific order you can contact sales at hptuners.com for the latest info. Purchasing through a reseller that stocks our packages will usually be the quickest way to receive our product if you are in a hurry since most can overnight the packages if needed and many offer discounts on credits as well if you purchase through them.
