Which works better? are there benefits of one that the other doesn't have? I want to add a dual pass and get a tune but I need advice on if I should get somebody to do it with hpt or get a dynotune. What is a good price to get one for?

 

Most dynotuners tuning cobalt's you'll find will be using HPT so they work hand in hand really.

 

Your going to ne useing HPT any way, wither doing a street tune or tune on the dyno the software is the same.

 

Street tunes are better, imo.

 

what is a good price? are street tunes generally accepted as better or more accurate??

 

$400-600 is the norm for a dyno tune around here any less & you can bet they are uninsured meaning if something goes wrong you very well might be sol.
