Lean spike just before entering PE for a split second

We were getting a lean spike under boost just before entering PE.We got the delay down to nearly nothing, but it's still there. We have checked everything that I know of...

What do you have your delay RPM at?

Also are you tuned off of a stright Maf tune or the Maf/Map blend. If you are using the ladder one, what is the MAP Enable point (Kpa) setting?

oh yeah, this is MAF+MAP both plugged in...

You mean, make the enrichment rate 2.0 or 0.0?

i mean put the delay rpm to 0
and enrichment rate to 2.0

that would make the PE engagement alot faster.

Nope, haven't tried that but I suppose I could give it a try tomorrow. Supposed to snow 12"+ but I might be able to make it before it gets too bad out there.

Right no I have my delay RPM set to 1000 do you really think setting it to zero will make the big of a differance.

Also Pjk91
In that screenshoot, you have your PE enable for you MAP set at 0 I would try setting it to 115, thats right around 3 pounds of boost. This way as soon as you go into boost you will be in PE. Just play with it

probably not. was just suggesting it as something easy to try.

never know, it could be that delay thats causing the issue *shrug*

True, since it sas it is for anything below that RPM PE will not enable. So haveing it set at zero means that it will never have the delay entering it. Might work

I would guess its tps as well. You're probably boosting before the determined tps position is reached.

As someone above said, I would zero out everything except the map pressure and use that as an enabler. 100% safer parameter on a car that wasn't boosted from the factory.
