Looking for Tuner in NE Ohio

Hi, I need a Tuner badly to tune my car. I am willing to pay $200-$250 to tune my car, I had gotten my PCM flashed by ZZP twice and I am not satisfied with ZZP flash tune. My car has been bouncing RPM, it's like fighting to stay in idle and 10.0 A/F WOT but pulling back up around 10.8 A/F. I had been cleaning my Throttle Body, Oil Changed, New Spark Plugs, New Fuel Filter, and everything. My car has no check engine light at all, it just need to have a VERY GOOD tune. Let me know and I am willing to do this today! I have cash in hand ready.

Is this a LSJ? If it's anything other than an LSJ, we're running a big sale on Trifecta tunes. $300 for everything you need, shipped anywhere in the USA.

Trifecta Cable Sale 9/1/12 - 9/8/12

If you want to wait til the weekend, I might be up there in Dalton visiting family. I'm not sure if Bika still tunes, he's from the Youngstown area. Need details on the model and modifications tho

I talked with Bika and he said he does tune for his old customers. He won't tune for new customers. I am stuck here, I can wait and meet you on this weekend to tune my car. Let me know.

The only thing I don't get it is that WHY my idle don't stay there it kept boucing from mostly 800-1000rpm then fighting stay on 900rpm. And when I drive my car and when it come to stop or go reverse it kept boucing lower to like 500-1000rpm. I did check everything and make sure if there is no vacuum leak. I redid my Fuel Injectors seals and everything (redo the whole thing New Spark Plugs, New Fuel Filter, Changed Oil, Checked my Air Filter and it's CLEAN! checked all vacuum to make sure they are plugged in) and it still does that. I will clean my Throttle Body tomorrow and will take my car to the shop and do Smoke Check to see if there is a vacuum leak before I go ahead to have somebody to do REAL TUNE on my car.

Thanks but No Thanks, I rather to have a REAL Custom Tune that go by my AEM Wideband. Trifecta may be nice but that is not what I wanted and I know if I get tuned by Vince then if something comes up. I can't get ahold of him right away and get the job done, I need somebody that I can rely on.

I've Tuned 3 s/c cars with Trifecta. All are now wicked fast. Vince has these down pat.

I've checked and there are a couple of Trifecta Tuners near Clevleand and another in Pittsburgh. No one real close to you. Go with BNR.

Umm we tune by wideband all the time if you tell us what the AFR is. I have a LM-2 wide band than I clamp on my LSJ customer's exhausts so I can see AFR and report it to Vince. He will happily tune off your AFR if you can record it visually or with some other software/device.

And as far as getting someone you can rely on- who would you think is more reliable? Some guy that tuned you in a parking lot or the guy that tunes for a living?

I've seen a lot of people that tune for a living do a **** job on tunes. In my experience the "parking lot" tuners will spend more time and get a better tune dialed in. Not saying that you guys would do that but it happens a lot.

Agreed! And also don't have to worry about keep retuning to get that dialed in. This is why I rather have a tuner in person and get my car dialed in.

Update! I got tuned by Cory (AcesNEights). HE DID AWESOME TUNE ON MY CAR! He did 17* timing and my car is PULLING HARD! I had canned tune from ZZP and ZZP canned tune was knocking all over my WOT pull. I had learn my lesson here, anybody has canned tune right now on your car. GET A REAL TUNE right away before you put any harm on your car later on.
