need a code tuned out ...in Maryland

Anyone around Maryland available to tune out the code the downpipe throws. It's emissions time. I cleared it before I went and they said the car was "not ready to be read" when they hooked it up.

^^^THIS, I have the same issue....My LNF has to be inspected this month and I cant get the CEL to stay off long enough for the car to pass emissions, I'm just swapping out my DP and putting the stock one back in, I know a guy who had no CEL's and still didn't pass emissions because of his Turbo Back exhaust system, So even if you Tune the CEL out it STILL may not pass.

Worked for me. Cell light never came back on. I am in Maryland and they don't do a visual inspection. Just plug into my obd2. your are allowed one not ready systems test. So if your only getting the p0420 code, it should work. Took longer to put car on lift then to install.

Buy the one from vibrant. They design it for the o2 and its on a 90 so not to be sticking straight out.

Hey Marylanders, I have successfully made a group in NC with over 40 members and an average of 20 Balts showing up to the meets that happened once a week, now I am doing the same thing here in Maryland! Let's get all the Maryland Balts together! Here is the link https://www.facebook.com/groups/579700298777152/
