Spark smoothing and air flow

I just have 2 quick things.

Are you guys running spark smoothing on on off?

And for the turbo swappers what is the your VE airflow at what psi?

i run with it enabled. less chance of knock with the timing i run in my car.

Drivablity wise. My car was hard to shift smoothly at low load. Like just driving around town it would like bounce when I shifted a gear. Also any sort of fast gas action jabing the pedal or something. When it's disabled the car behaves like it should during and after shifting and at light load.

I did notice more knock after I disabled it. But, the meth should take care of that soon.
