SS ECU questions

I've been searching and can't find an answer to a few questions I have:

1. Is the ECU from an SS/NA cobalt the same as the SS/SC ECU of the same year? (2007)

2. Is an '06 SS/SC ECU the same as an '07 SS/SC ECU?

My car was tuned by BYT who apparently locked the ECU and I tried getting in touch with him but had no luck. I'm trying to get the car tuned and on the dyno for the first time. Unfortunately, I hit this snag and need to just eat the cost of another ECU so I can move forward with tuning but I am not having luck finding the same ECU. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

Best to post in the HPTuners forum, GM 4 cyl section if no one knows over here.

No. The ss/na uses an le5 engine which runs an e67 pcm. The ss/sc runs a P12 pcm. Very different animals.
