i currently have a gm stage 2 kit/ gmpp cat back and a CAI.. i have heard that the gm tune is ****.. wondering if it is worth the money to get a trifecta tune.. there is no one in my area to do any tuning so my only option is data logging through trifecta.

 

I have a 2010 cobalt ss tc and trifecta tune pushing 22 psi with a CIA and a bigger IC wow I love it

 

It's just that the tune is very rich so as not to chance it blowing. Trifecta still tunes conservatively but you will make more power, what other mods do you have because I'd drop the pulley since you're going to be tuned anyways.

I emailed Trifecta 3 days ago about my current tune and have no response.
Dealer I went through is long gone.

 

09 SS/TC here. I run trifecta stealth under GMS1. The difference is big. GMS1 is great to skip around on, and I run on it about 80% of the time, and jump to trifecta when I really want to get on it. Spinning the tires in 2nd is not that much of a problem with the t tune; I'll only get a bit of a slip of the tires in GMS1.

 

no other mods besides what i listed but thinking of dropping to a 2.8 pulley and dual pass

 

One guy does the tuning and locks the PCM so others can't touch it afterwords. Pass.
