Trifecta/WOT Tuning responses
I know this may be beaten to death, but I emailed them sunday and monday cause my car is sitting and i need to drive it to work. No responses at all so far, I emailed WOT-Tuning and I emailed Vince directly with no response. What is the best way to get this **** rolling? Kinda upset considering I choose to buy the cable from WOT-Tuning so i paid $450 total and Im getting terrible customer service.

I usually get quick responses from Vince when I email him. Unless its one of his days off like sunday or monday. I get new tunes in less than a week, and I get datalog responses in a week avg. although some odd reason one of my guys it seems I have to keep pushing for a response on his tune(supercharged cavalier) other than that all is good for me and my customers.

Yes Vince seems to be really responsive, even replied to me on Saturday at 6:30 PM. I still have yet to hear from WOT-Tuning, it will be the last time I do business with them.

BNR's customer service is awesome. He gave me his personal number when I was having problems so we could figure out what the problem was. Vince's responses are fairly quick. Ive heard nothing but bad things about WOT.

Hey, Goofy. Are you 100% positive it's the tune? Are you throwing any CELs? Perhaps we can help you out, or rule-out certain possibilities. I know that was very . . . Silence of the Lambs-like, but I'm just trying to help.

What mods do you have? What kind of driveability issues do you have? Most of the time when I tune a customers car its usually a faulty set up causing issues. Maybe something might have came loose like a sensor or something.

setup is in signature. ive checked my vacuum lines and the only sensor that ive touched is the factory map sensor when i switched intake manifolds. i used hunterkillers diagram to rewire my tb. everything seems to work and you can drive it. it just wony idle on its own you have to give it gas
