Tuning School in Texas
I am thinking about going to this actually.....the price tag is obnoxiously expensive lol but if my family can help me pay it, or if I can take a loan out to do it then maybe I will....This could be the start for a great job opportunity to me and a GREAT thing to tell people who are getting tunes from me.
check out the efi university. It's not quite as in depth as going into suspension, valvetrain and all of that good stuff but as for as teaching tuning concepts I could not have been anymore happy with it. I took their ACP course which is like an all inclusive course in Temecula, CA which is a little north of San diego. They have a dynapak and I believe dyno dynamics dyno so you get experience on two different dynos and the one car is using a haltech ecu and the other is motec. The instructor Ben is extremely smart and knowledgeable. He comes from a background in tuning high end euro's. It's 5g's for the week and you get "certified" at the end with a final that you must pass. I believe the website is www.efi101.com
