We have emailed you back multiple times. We do not make pre appointments before you submit and pay the $10 setup charge on the site. We did state this in the emails back to you. First step is to purchase:

Custom Tune (East Coast Region) - Turbo Tech Racing, LLC

Then we will contact you to setup the tune.
