UPDATE
I got my lights today. The were "In the mail" for 2 weeks. I just wanted to say thanks vision bulbs for NOT responding to ANY emails, thanks vision bulbs for having the WORST customer service I have ever delt with. I will give credit where credit is due and I must say, your prices are great and from the looks of it your product is great quality! I will be installing the HIDs tomorrow. I am not trying to bash vision, its just, if they would respond to their paying customers once in awhile I would be MUCH more happy with them. I am not mad that it took so long for them to get here, I am just upset that I paid good money for these lights and after 15+ emails I still got no response from them about tracking numbers. I am not saying stay away from them beacuse their prices and quality are good, its just that they wont respond to anything you say unless it is something about you spending more money with them.
Just wondering how long it took for everyone to get their stuff from visionbulbls? On their website is has said that my order shipped the 7th and it is now the 15th. I sent a few emails asking for a tracking number but havent got a response. Im not mad or anything, I just want a tracking number so I know when to expect them.

I am currently waiting as well for my bulbs to arrive. I ordered them on Jan 31st, it took them until Feb 7th to process my order after 2 emails to them. It says on their website that orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours, yeah right
after the emails they changed the online status to shipped on Feb 7th and its now the 19th and still nothing!! I sent them another email on Friday and still no response. What pisses me off the most is that on my status page it says mine were shipped by Canada Post Xpresspost (1 Day), its now been 8 business days
I will NEVER be ordering anything else from this Mickey Mouse company again, there customer service Sucks and they seem not to care at all.
Another thing that makes me mad is the fact that they are online regularly and look at things, they just chose to IGNORE all the posts asking them questions. According to their public profile the last time they were online here was (Last Activity: 02-19-2008 11:57 AM)

Ive gotta agree with you man, I got a PM on the site today from them saying " We will have tracking numbers for you today, Emails us." So I did, and what do you know, NO ****** RESPONSE!! WOO HOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My order has now been "Shipped for 2 ******* weeks" Give me a break vision bulbs. Vision bulbs, get on top of this **** PLEASEEEEEEE all I want are my damn lights. Do you like paying 150$+ for **** and not getting it!!?? I wouldnt think so.
NP and thanks. I dont even care that it has been so long. I just wish they would contact you back when you contact them. All I have asked for is a tracking number, about 10 times now. And if they do respond, they dont give me a tracking number. GRRR sooooo annoying.
Your right, if they Communicated and let you know if something was going to be delayed or out of stock etc.., then I wouldnt mind waiting, but when emails are sent and there is NO response for days if at all then all that does is **** people off even more like it has with us.
Did any of you that ordered this stuff not read the previous posts about this guy? It's taking so long because it comes from China and that takes a while
