who has bought from Vision Bulbs? - im pissed.

sunday night i bought a hid 10k h1 set for my projectors.

after realizing i should have gotten 6k or 8k, i contacted them to change my order to 8k.

I have sent 2 emails to 2 different areas 1. info@visionbulbs.com and service@visionbulbs.com

in addition to that i have sent the vendor on our site a PM regarding the issue and have sent them my information with my phone number in a special field for them to contact me by phone as they dont have a phone number to call.

i also posted a thread in their vendor forum with this same issue.
a crap load of people read the thread, zero have responded.

i have tried to reach them 5 different way. still no response.

i paid with paypal, and checked my paypal status and they have accepted my money and completed the transaction.

my words... WTF!

i want to know wtf is going on, or at least send me a response to one of my many attempts and have them rectify the problem.

anyone else experience this problem or something like it with them?
how are they to deal with?
quality of their products and how long does it take to get a response and get your order to your door?

if one of you guys has a phone number i can call them on i'd greatly appreciate it if you could give it to me.

i ordered the interior bulbs kit from them awhile back, for the sunfire and the cobalt. the sunfire kit was missing quite a few bulbs. so i tried to tell them it was missing about half the bulbs to switch out and the cobalt came with extras. after several attempts i gave up on trying to get the missing bulbs for the sunfire. they keep asking me which ones it was missing and i gave them 2/3 emails telling them so they could correct it. after nothing further i let it be.

I WOULDNT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AT ALL. PLUS ALL THE OTHER NEGATIVE I'VE NOTICED!

I bought from them when they had a group buy and even then they were a little fishy about how they operated. Their **** comes from overseas but I have never had a problem with the product.

strange, I had no issues at all, ordered my headlights and fog lighs from em. My foglight kit is in my friends camaro now, 1 yr later and still going strong, only issue I have with the headlights is every once in a while the relay burns out (like 2 times in over a year)

What do you mean the wiring was screwed up? If it's the harness just repin the plug. Its simple to do. The 9004 and 9007 plugs are almost identical.

That's why I always buy **** with my debit or credit card and if I have a problem I do a charge back on my card.

**note** If you use this method just do the charge back on your credit card. Don't file a dispute with PayPal because 99% of the time your credit card company won't give you your $$$ back until the dispute with PayPal had been resolved. Just file the dispute with your credit card company and they have 10 business days to get the $$$ back in your account.
