Okay.... I pulled up to red lite this morning (w.bound on Pendleton Pike). I hear someone yelling next to me. I roll down the window and this h/school punk next to me in a
riced out Neon (even had a SRT wing), say's.... is that an SS? I tell him no, roll up the window. The lite turns green, I take off, not looking for a race, when I get to about 30mph, this kid starts taunting me........ So, what the hey...there is no traffic in front of us, I push the gas pedal down ....and walked away from him. I looked down at my speedometer I was going 87mph. He caught up with me at the next red light. His buddy in the car was just laughing at him I just smiled . When the light changed I went straight, and he turned. Made my morning though!

 

Cool... always feels good to win. Makes my day when I get to mess around with some one on the road.

my friend has a neon SXT I raced him one day and I just walked all over his car.

 

I don't even downshift for those brats. Most of the time a 3rd or 4th gear pull from 30mph will be enough.

 

It was more fun because this kid thought I was any easy kill. He just looked at me with discuss, his buddy sitting in passenger seat was just rubbing it in too....

 

Watch out for Lawrence PD over there.

 

AMEN BROTHER!!!! I have lived, and worked in this area for most of my life. I am full aware of how big a ****** they can be! But thanks for the warning. Others reading this post should take note too.

 

I live in the same general area so I know where you are coming from.

 

I know a few of them. One lives a couple of houses down from me. He tells me LPD officers are as&^%es too. He is pretty cool though.

 

Nothings better when the passenger in the car you just beat is laughing too.
