Wow, this battle is still going on ?!? I love how some of the LNF guys say we are butthurt. When in all reality they are the ones that are butthurt, because the OP's video/comments actually got to them I'll say this one more time .... We all drive the same friggin car .... A Cobalt !! Instead of continuously arguing which version is better (LSJ or LNF) why not stick together ? This is a prime example why this site has gone to hell, and why I do more lurking/research than providing information.

Some ppl are just butt hurt, i'm sorry that $3k invested into a LSJ can barely beat a LNF with a $300-$500 tune. I wonder what has the better HP to $ ratio...
Where is the 3k in mods?

I should really start a new thread titled. "How to build a 300whp LSJ for less then 2k"...
vs.

Hahn Exhaust - $580.00 + shipping
GM Stage 1 - $485.05 + shipping
That equals $1065.05 + shipping costs.

Thats fairly close if you ask me. Add and intake or charge piping and its even closer.

don't know what frequency you speak of, I have 19k on my car within six months and haven't had any mechanical problems. Plus, 17k of those miles have been with the Trifecta tune.

It's just fact, turbos are more efficient.

That's not the argument here. Most people know that. The argument is why is the SS/TC not slaughting the SS/SC with a better power adder. Some of you guys are really pushing that tiny turbo and if you would have been paying better attention, people are starting post threads about failed turbos. It'll get much worse, mark my word.

yea but if you add the intake and charge pipes i bet the race would have out different. they probably would've been even the whole race.

But it didn't though. This is a woulda-coulda-shoulda. Lets just accept the race like it is. They raced, the LNF lost, its not the end of the world.

they pit a highly moddified LSJ vs a slightly modded LNF and rave that it lost. Let us make it fair and put scythe_snake against the op and see who'll win highly modded vs highly modded

Well to be fair, when the LNF came on the scene, many of them had a superiority complex. Its not so much the LSJs proving themselves, as them making a statement and saying "Hey we can hang too." which they can very well. The LSJ is proven and it runs really well, ya know.

And I'm no one special, I love the LNF and LSJ equally. I don't want to race my brothers/sisters/cousins/whatever the Ion is the cobalt

We arent trying to prove anything .... We are trying to show that the LSJ is still a great platform, and has lots of potential. That is all

I never said the LSJ wasn't a great platform, in fact I absolutely believe it is! I just think the OPs statement of LSJ>LNF is ignorant. They are both great platforms. I almost bought a SC a couple years back actually.

Either way, LNF or LSJ are still seen as underdogs to others which I love lol..
