Say, I use C16 in my SRT, though it would still dominate you on pump, and decimate you on C16. Now run off to the SRT forums and cry there also.

little hint, my SRT outruns my GTO, and my GTO would rape yours. the SRT would
be a one sided mismatch against you silly boy, and thats on pump gas, then, I would engage high boost and C16 to really make you run around the internet crying about C16.

I used to follow your happenings a while back when you were posting on the redline forums (the skittle got me interested). Didnt know you picked up an LS4 Monte. Nice car!

Also I always wanted to ask, is your skittle streetable?

 

the 636hp SRT is driven daily and when driven normally, it gets the best gas milage out of all my cars, not bad for a car running around with 96lb injectors.

 

I feel I have quite a bit of self control but that would probably land me in prison eventually.

What kind of streetable clutch do you guys use on those power levels? Sorry for being nosy.

 

a SRT uses a modular designed clutch assembly. We were using a ClutchMasters 4 puck modular setup but twice at 600+hp we sheared the bolts right off the flex plate.

We now run a conventional setup with no flexplate, I use a Fidanza lightweight flywheel with a Clutch Masters 4 puck disc and Clutch Masters pressure plate.

 

the car is fun on the street, once it hooks. sort of. vettes are fun to pick on here. hence the plus sign at the end of it

 

Oh wow, I never did any tranny/clutch work on skittles, I had no idea they used a flexplate-flywheel-modular clutch setup.

I would have guessed you were using a sintered iron clutch, shows you how much I know about those power levels.

 

I know the feeling, you often get characters in thier Vette's, GTO's, Mustangs, ect. thinking they can't lose....

 

see, thats the fun part. some of the gto/mustang/vette owners around here know my car, and know better. sad thing is. in the underground world here, it is well known. which ruins my fun on the weekends.

then you find the cocky owners who think their **** doesn't stink. those are the fun owners when you pull around them.

I'm not really worried about it. Your 600+ HP Neon, that is the nicest 4 door, roll up

window Dodge I have ever seen. I could only hope to make my GTO that nice.

As many have said before me, at the end of the day when you

get out of your car and look back at it, it's still a Neon. And it still will get no respect.

I can't wait to read your next Hepcat story and see the next set of your pictures in HDR.
