On my last delivery of the night, I saw a late 90s Accord coupe with some neons on the rims. Just to mess with em I pass em up...Its a rich kid and his girlfriend (she is very cute if i might add). I pull a right and they follow me. Going the speed limit, I wait for them to catch up, about 9 seconds... meanwhile i get to listen to his awesome exhaust get louder and louder. I see hes not slowing down for me, so i give enough gas to stay just behind his mirror. The whole he thinks hes winning, im winkin and blowin kisses at his girl and shes smilin. I wave goodbye to her, and leave him while hes still tryna reach 60.

I was hopin for more of a challenge.

F22 sohc motors are crap.cant build em cant boost em.only way for a accord to be fast is H22 or another custom swap.No offense but i can beat those accords using my chevroLEGS

bisimotors makes hella fast n/a f22 with upward of 600 hp and 9 sec 1/4mile

 

its a f22 c then,not no f22b2 or b1..sorry they cant handle ****..weve tried.we put 5psi to this motor...5!! and ****** threw a rod....ive seen numerous of these motors and have owned a couple accords with them and they are ****....im sure if you completely resleeve them and do all the machine work then they MIGHT handle SOME power but no one in any drag racing class builds f series motors.too much money to get them to handle boost.swap is way cheaper

He looked rich cuz his clothes, and I assumed the only reason this girl was wit him was cuz he (or his parents) had money
I also assumed he bought it to turn it into a superfasst racecar i.e. exhaust tip, rims, neon, and god knows what else

 

OR! Because he was on a date, or just dresses nicely. AND! Maybe because he is a nice guy and his girlfriend saw something in him to make him date-worthy. AND! Maybe he just wanted to make his car look nice, everyone has different taste.

But don't listen to me, I'm just being a realist.

 

Yea...thats all possible, but I work in a very rich city where 75% of the cars on the road are either a beamer, a lexus, or a benz. The previous post was just the first thoughts that came to mind when I saw this guy. Also, the car did look nice, but he had no business racing anyone unless he wanted to disappoint his girl.

 

He has to make up for his ***** size somehow. Apparently racing doesn't cut it, either.

 

only accords worth having fun with are the 96 and 01 v6 editions which can pull on a 2.2balt between 60-80

 

im sorry but 96-97 where the first years of the v6 which was a 2.7 and was not great for modding as well as the F22b2.The c30 motors are the ones your talkin about,3.0vtec..those have ***** and the new ones are even faster..3.5 vtec(dont know the engine code for the new ones)
