2006 Civic Si vs 05 SS S/C

i raced him from about 40 all the way to 70-75 and had 1.5-2 cars on him. these cars arent as slow as i thought. He actually put up a fight and i thought i was gonna walk his civic. It was a really nice lookin blue that sparkled in the sun. i gave him a thumbs up and went on my way.

good kill.

A lot of ppl on here underestimate these Honda/Acuras. I havent lost to one yet (raced a s2000 and RSX-S) but if you mess up at all they will pull on you and you wont catch back up. Their major fault is no torque, but once they get going they pull probably as hard as any ss/sc

nice kill, I've raced a couple and haven't lost yet. I love the looks of them even though they are a bit slow. DOn't get down on yourself, 2 cars is a lot if you think about it. And expecially from a roll, his Vtec probably kicked in earlier. good job.

yeah, raced my buddys Si...was pretty quick...it was crazy from a roll cuz i went from one gear to another and he was still winding out... I think his redline is like 8400rpm. plus the 6 speed. Stock for stock, though, we got em'

They are def. the nicest yet for a civic...most expensive yet...but nicest none the less... Don't they have same performance...like if an rsx and si lined up. from what I hear they are bout the same weight, something like 50 lbs difference.

I have yet to run one...but i don't think it would offer much of a competitiion.

I raced one at Firebird Raceway and I had him by 1.8 secs. He jumped off the line and and by the time I grabbed for second it was lights out for him all the way til the end.
