the reason i asked for quarter mile times is because area has posted in the war stories
a couple of times, and he is always winning his races. plus alot of people say that his car is very fast. just curious what it ran, that's all.

I would just like to point out that in the thread next to this one Elite didn't pull very hard on what sounded like a mostly Cobra. Now in turn area only puts a car or so on him...
Also I would like to say someone mentioned different tunes/power levels and what not, forced induction cars can DD at one power level then race at another. Maybe area was on 93 octane with a larger pulley then switches tunes, pulley's, and runs E85, meth ect for race time? Someone who works on their car alot can change things fairly easy when done enough (quick change of a pulley, push a few buttons and load a new tune then hit the gas station for E85). I knew a tech that could change a clutch in a old toyota tacoma in under 50 minutes, if you do it enough it is easy; just saying...
Good runs guys!

But it wasn't modded with a pulley either, maybe a catback, intake and tune at best. You would hear the pulley at highway speeds with the window down when he gets on it from the other car. Most owners don't waste time on a tune with out a pulley, what are the mods on that car if you know? Nothing sounds much more then close to stock...

I guess I don't even own a lsj anymore. I'm a nuthigger but your the one always talking about the man. Areas number isn't magic by dealing with over the years he was able to help me make the same number as him I quit at 373. Moral of the story if he's telling the truth about hid numbers on the eweb it shouldn't matter
