BPU GTI vs BPU Balt
I was busy datalogging my K&N intake, when some HIDs came up on me quick, ahh silver GTi, nice car had catless exhaust, tune and intake.
I really didnt want to lay into throttle without a retune yet, but the timing, cams and AFR looked good. he downshifted and started brake boosting next to me.... oh at about 30ish.... So I close the lid on the laptop, call up 2nd gear and tipped in half then WOT, holy hell this intake is loud.... Spun till 60, ripped 3+ cars by my third gear upshift. Didnt keep going because we both understood reality at that point.I got more wheelspin this time out than i do when its 20 degrees colder.... Cant wait to see some tweaks from Vince

No i wasnt actually on the laptop, it was just open next to me.... With trifecta all you do is click start/stop, and your off. I just didnt want to have the laptops screen broken if i had to slam on the brakes. I was just varying rpms and load while the GTI came up on me....

LOL I feel your pain but it is a blessing , trust me , you don't want all these 16 year old retards trying to race you all the time in fiestas. I like being the instigator anyway that way I get to pick my prey.
So many people are unfamiliar with this car it makes it fun times.
I use mine a lot faster than that.

im very glad i removed the wing, car is a little more of a sleeper but true enthusiasts (especially VW AUDI fanbois) still recognize the car.
The GTI is potent ride, but its got a K03 snail, so your not gonna approach 300whp without a K04 or GT28

I've had a few good runs though. Got beat by a 97-98 Cobra once. Even though I lost I think that was the most fun.

i had a jeep srt8 play with me one day. im just putt putting along and this nice srt8 rolls up and floors it for a sec as an indication he wants to go. i was right off the dealers lot (only had 400 miles at the time) with the low rise and all my badges still. it was pretty fun, he walked away from me, and i was NLS and everything. it was about from a 40 roll. them things are fast.
