I can't really look at youtube videos and get anything from them, so easy to lie about mods and such. Not saying anyone did, but an E46 M3 is not exactly a pushover (low 13's stock), so a 'balt beating it always begs the question of whether it was the car or the driver. It was from a roll though, so the FWD/RWD comparison is less important. For me, I can't draw a conclusion based on that vid alone.

 

I can't see it at school, but im almost positive that it is Herndon_High_SS. If it is a red cobalt and a silver M3, then it is. The M3 goes to the school also, and the S2000 was random.

If it is, then all mods are true, and it really happened that way.

wasn't me just stumbled on it, looked kinda cool. But yeah that cobalt probably had a lot more mods than it says.

 

um... no it doesn't. That is Herndon_High_SS's car. All he has is stage 2 and intake. He posted this a long time ago. But yea, all mods are real.

 

That's me. The car is as it says. Lots of weight of reduction is kinda of an overstatement. All I did was take out all the spare tire/tools and absolutly nothing in the car except me, keys, and 1/8 tank of gas.

Trust me when I say this kid can drive. It's hard to believe but I did beat him. I didnt even think I was going to beat him....After the race I asked him did he miss a shift and he said he didnt.

The weather was optimal too for nice cold boost too. So that def. helped.

And I'll be getting a better video with more runs when the wether in NOVA gets a little better.

agreed. Races from a roll are more fun imo anyways.

 

Def. more fun, but dig takes a lot of skill.

yea sorry i took it down. I got sick of people over-analyzing the video. People started saying "how come he didnt fly past the camera car faster? How come it looks like his car slows down?" I just got sick of defending it so I took it down.
