cobalt ss in ohio from virginia

I just ran against another black cobalt ss tc with virginia tags. when i asked what was under there he said "dont worry about it" with a cocky little attitude. My car is bone stock. his definitely had a blowoff valve (why??!!!!) and possibly more. just curious to see if it was someone on here or not. i would say i was a good 2 lengths on him and wanna know what was under that hood for real.

He was probably embarassed at the loss, and didn't want you to know he was fully bolted. The main mod he was missing was the driver mod.

An intake alone will make the car sound like it has a BOV.

coulda quite possibly been just an intake. would an intake when the car is untuned hurt the power or anything though?

Kind of,it will throw off the fuel trims and won't add any power.
