Cobalt SS/SC vs 05 Grand Prix GTP CompG

I'd like to make it clear i wasn't involved in this race but it was interesting and funny enough to share anyways.

My buddy calls me (GTP) and wanted me to run this cobalt in the area with him on the highway. I wasn't in the area so i let those two knuckleheads go at it. I see my buddy the next day and i ask him how things went. He chuckles and shakes his head and goes "i got walked 2 outta 3 times, the only time i beat him was cause he missed a gear"

come to find out the cobalt had stage 3 60lb injectors, full exhaust, intake, pulley upgrade, and a tune

my buddy had an intake, pulley upgrade, a 3 inch DP to a stock cat-back, and a tune. My car with its setup could take the GTP most likely but from the sounds of it id end up just like him against this guy lol

Not sure if you are serious lol. You would more than likely beat the LSJ as well because of your torque. You and he may be making somewhat similar hp numbers but you probably have almost 100 ft/lbs of torque more than he does

Reading > you guys. His buddy has the pontiac. The Cobalt is a third person.

The LNF should beat the LSJ though, if modded properly and the LSJ only has what you listed.

Your car wouldn't have a problem with either car. GTPs are slow and really heavy. SS/SC won't make as much power as you can on m62. Well maybe it can only running 20 lbs of boost. Why so low? Could run 23 no problem.

GTP is a mid 14 second car but is still a pig.. and it's only 14 seconds if you can drive.. and despite the fact it's an auto people still f*ck it up by mashing the gas and spinning like crazy.. from a roll they probably aren't that special..

My old GTP ran 13.7@105 that was with u bend delete,intake,3.5 pulley and a tune. Total I spent was maybe $500. That being said my SS/TC pulls much harder though I haven't been to the track with it yet. The GTP loses a lot of steam past 90 or so when it hits 3rd gear. The GTP is heavy like stated.

Ha. Bruh my GTP would probably put bus lengths on you, at half throttle. Your EVslO is a world class turd.

Are you sure? 105 seems slow as hell. I trap higher in the 1/8th
