Why do I always see these cars that would be a pretty good matchup when I'm NOT IN THE COBALT! Jesus! Picked the kids up from daycare in the Tribeca and I see my bud nate in his EVO 8. Mildly modded, I know he'd beat me, but I've been dying to race him to see how I compare. I give him a wave and he waves back. Then I see an STI at a redlight, if I was in the 'bolt, I could have turned left and caught up to him. BUT NOOOOOO, I'm in the Tribeca. Then, I'm cruisin down the highway on the way home, and a black SRT-4 comes off the on-ramp and gets right beside me. BONE STOCK! I was like, GD this and F that, all in my head of course cause my 2 year old is picking up on everything I say nowadays. lol. But man, I hunt for these cars all the time in the 'bolt, and never see them, or I see them but they are gonna be too hard to turn around and catch. Oh well, one day. Then I'll see what the 'ole Enterprise really has in her. lol. Beating up on all the slow cars and making them fill up my gas tank is fun and all, but I want a competitive race dammit!

I had one week were the balt was in the shop and had a loaner v6 malibu and ran into to every car amaginable that would be a good race for my car. Even some ricers revved at me in that POS. WEIRD!!!

 

I here ya, I seem to be in my gf's 99 Altima everytime. Its like I always see Balts when Im with her, But when I drive my car I see nothing

haha, I just never see modded cars on the same side of the highway as me period.....they're always passing by going the other way. No luck for my 2.4. And if I was in my girlfriends car and a modded car pulled up along side, i'd be nearly as confident to race, as she has an '05 Tiburon SE V6 w/ a 6-speed, plus a Fujita cold air intake and a Tanabe Twin Hyper Medallion cat-back exhaust! Go us! (lol)
