Was heading toward the bank today and came across a(i think) silver Jetta. Passenger put there window down and commented on the sound of the supercharger and i said i liked the Turbo BOV. He said it didn't have one the CAI just sounded like a BOV so anyways we went from a 35mph roll. I was in 2nd and he pulled away like i was standing still.. He slowed down and said he had Turbo back exhaust, Intake, Boost Fooler with Manual Boost controller and a Chip.

Cliff notes: Newer GTI 35mph roll, He pulled 2 cars by the end of 2nd gear(which i started in).

Time for some upgrades. Stage II Very Soon!

WTF, those things are not that quick. My freind has his chipped and exhaust and intake. Hell I beat a stage III APR Jetta. Yea, stage II should put you past him.

 

Oh and i think i had the A/C on too... I don't know how much that affects the HP but im sure it did some.

















I was on lunch and it was like 94 outside... give me a break.

 

Most if not all cars shut off the A/C at 100% Throttle input...I know my subaru AND chevy workvan (lol) do. I'd figure your cars are the same...

But man...there is nothing worse then loosing to a friggin' vw...those cars excel at nothing other then down time...

 

Fix your title to GLI, not GTI...

ouch..i still havent lost to any vw...chipped gli's and chipped golfs(older models) cant beat me,and im totally stock

 

yeah...i got beat by a GLI the other day, was kinda pissed but found out he dyno'd 305whp(my buddy knew him)

 

I dont know much about vdubs but gli way over 4k lbs atleast the new ones do.. so i think it should be closer

 

One thing i do wish my car had is the DSG tranny, that thing is sweet, i love the paddles...

There is a guy I know with one always talking **** about my Cobalt, says he has all this work done and what not, but his ***** ass never wants to race. Everytime I call him out he has some kinda excuse.

His time is coming...

i got my ass handed to me by the "bora" version of a jetta(i think thats how you say it). he pulled me pretty nasty, but it was before i had all these mods. all i heard was BOV in my face.
