So i'm driving home from work... on I-10... intraffic, with by buddy steve in the car (psykostevo).
As I'm merging to the carpool lane, i notice a yellow SRT4 about 1/8 a mile behind me and closing in fast! He comes up and gets even with me, I look over and notice him staring right at me, so i give him the "hey you have a nice car nod" he hit traffic (i didn't cause i was in the carpool lane). Now let me clarify that he's the only one in the car. As i pass him, he swerves into the carpool lane, illegally, and starts riding my ass. I asked steve if i should give him the good-old brake check and get rid of $7000 in negative equity, and after much consideration we decided against it
As soon as traffic clears up a bit, he floors it into the lane next to me and murdered me with his blow-off valve... he overkilled me too by doing it 2-3 times!!! I've NEVER been so intimidated in my life!!!! :P:P:P Then he floored it past me only to stop 1/4 mile later for more traffic... He was headed towards I-10 West and i took the 51 exit and we went our seperate ways.

I almost forgot to mention, right after the SRT4 murdered me with his BOV, I had a GLI Jetta Double kill me with HIS BOV and then tried to catch up to the SRT4... but he was already so they could only murder each other with their BOV's....

That guy gives me a bad name. Maybe just maybe he has the mopar bov which just vents the stock surge valve into the atomosphere. That is what I have and it will go off under vac. It pisses a ton of people but I can't help it sometimes it just goes off. I bet he was just a tool though. I use the bov to say hi don't flame me. If I want to impress someone I leave the downpipe open.

 

I am not joking when I say that a few weeks ago a srt4 was next to me and reved just to hear his BOV like 15 times in a row. He must have just gotten the damn thing on or something cuz my god after like the 5th PShhhhhhhhhhhh I was thinking SHUT THE **** UP!!!!! But nope he just keep on goin, Vrooom pshhh vrooom pshh vrom pshhh over and over and over.

You guys are just in turbo envy. The first week I had my bov on I think it went off every 5 sec. I could't help it I just needed to hear it. It still gives me a grin. Now I am in love with my intake and open downpipe combo. Now I sound like a semi and LOVE it!!!!!

The guy had single exit exhaust too. i could see he had the stock intercooler and most likely he was stock turbo. maybe stage 2, but most likely just stage 1... He looked like he shoulda been driving a green 98 eclipse with a "heavy foot" I even heard him say "Harry, i need NOS!"

 

Around here the stock DSMs are the ones that are bov happy. The skittles usually don't do much. I had a reg cobalt with a body kit and chrome wheels rev at a light at me today. It is a pretty good looking car I don't think I would burn any gas on him though.
