With a 200 lbs passenger I lose to a tc by 1/2 a car. Without that passenger I win by 2-3 cars. Weight makes a huge difference.

I know where you're coming from...but times will always vary, but the saleen is a tenth or two slower because of the added weight...but they do look and sound sick

fords them selfs suck ass there trannys are ****. atleast chevy can hold HP. cobra they ooooooo they suck gt my friend has wit a tuner i beat him n all i have is intake muffler short shifter o n two tiers showin cords. saleen suck ass dad friend own a 89 saleen s/c yea beats me by half car. n im 205 hp n car. know my other 4 cyc ill race ne one in n will kick ass. i killed mustangs, cobras, saleen, vettes, a viper, balts, srt4, only one round here that will beat me is my dad i his. yea im cocky i got a **** n ill use it n i got two brass ***** to go along wit it.

LMFAO!! I've been around Mustangs my whole life, and know stock and modded ones that would rape your car. Yeah there are some SS/SC's and a couple SS/TC's that would probably beat a stock 05+ GT, but for the most part they're not going too, and with just a couple minor mods, (i.e, exhaust, intake, tune and some DR's) you have a mid 12 second Stang. I aint ragging on Mustangs or Cobalts, hell I own one of each, I just know what performs better in certain circumstances.

i dont know about him beating the cobra and all that jazz but we have some really nice cars over here that run some craptastic times, its just some people got good money for a nice car and dont know how to drive it, i suck at driving too and ive ben walked by plenty a mustang but their some nice ones that ive beat just due to the fact that the little rich kid in the other kid cant drive but thats just my opinion we had a stock sc cobra at work and it raped so ima call bull on him beating a cobra but theirs allways a chance he beat the driver

 

i hate to join in on this ***** whining bash fest (both sides are being retarded), but a saleen n/a barely has any straight line performance mods... your average mild bolt on gt will run right next to it or faster.
