Was on my way back from my friends house, and decided to take the highway so I'd be able to go faster than residential speeds if I just took local streets home... I was on one side of the highway waiting to turn on, and saw a white mitsu. eclipse (GS?) on the other side. We caught up to eachother at the next light, and took a look into his car. It was an auto, as well. He saw me looking in and raised his head pointing to the road, which I took as 'lets go.'

Light turned green, I put some decent pressure on the gas (been practicing how much pressure on the gas launches the auto off best) and easily overtook past his hood. Theres that sweet spot on the auto Cobalt around 30mph where it really kicks in, and this is where I got 1 and 1/2 car lengths on him. Kept applying steady pressure through 50mph, and checked the rear-view, he was 3-4 cars back. I let off the gas around 60mph and slowed back down for the yellow light up ahead...he met back up with me at the red light and nodded his head with a small smirk...

Drove to BK and got a Coke Icee


I know most of you will be like blah, Auto LS, who cares? But us auto guys like to have fun too

So far I've just raced other cars in my league:

Kills: Cavy, Neon, Civic, Focus, Rio (haha), Protege
Deaths: Cavy (modded, that car flew), Mustang GT... gay. (Yeah, he actually wanted to race. Not me. Obviously he didn't know what an SS/SC is..)

My old Z24 was an auto, and that little car could haul ass!

 

My friend had a 99 GS that he slammed around 3000 dollars in...... It ran constent 16.5's...... Eclispe unless turbocharged is the most worthless pos made. I would mod a Metro before a N/A eclipse
