LS1 Kill
LS1 Kill
Since LS1 kills seem to be popular *L*
Ran in the Street Car Shootout in the stock street radial class (ie no sticky tires of any kind) at our local track this past weekend - here's a vid from the second round where I ran against a buddy in a Camaro SS. His car is modded with a small cam, LT headers, and Borla on stock tuning. He redlighted giving me the automatic win, but we both stayed in it to the end as we have some good close races with each other anyway...but even with his red light start, I still just edged him out by about a car at the end of the 1/4. I ran a 12.9 at 110.5 - it's a temporary track run at a small airstrip so no time/speed boards at the end of the 1/4.
No I wasn't in the Cobalt *L*

P.S. there were a couple SS S/C's running the event too (stock as far as I know) hitting mid 14's in the mid/high 90's. It was a hot and muggy as well (t'storms passing through) so wasn't a day for great times by anyone.

My previous car was a WS6 Formula and I was part of the local f-body club for years. So that's who I still go cruising/track with. They have some cars that are a lot faster than mine, but we always have some good fun runs against each other, win or lose.
