i was going down this one open road and i guy i knew from school pulls up in his 4 door integra gsr. we were going about 40 and he downshifts and takes off, i drop it to second and catch up instantly and just start ******* aroun with him????? hes like dude wtf did you do to your car, its alot faster than when we went to school. then here come the excuses.

1. my car is only going to 7rpms instead of 10.

2. after we disconnected the nitrous, my gauge lights dont work

3. i have a 4 door

street racings bad but it was an open road

 

2.2 beat a gsr i doubt that

 

i dont care if you believe me but gsr isnt that special

 

Poorly running GSR...good kill. GSRs are getting long in the tooth now so those that don't know what they are doing to maintain or tune it, I can seee this happening especially if the OP could drive!

 

yeah gsrs' are SLOWW. I saw the dyno of a bpu integra with a gsr and I wasn't really impressed. The only thing he had going for him was his gearing ratios and that he was light weight. I raced him afterwards and we were even until he ran out of gears at 120 mph. They have really short gears. He said he cruises at 5000 rpm in fifth doing 65 mph.
Yeah to hell with that.
