pro charged charger vs my ss/tc
a couple of weeks ago i beat a civic (it was really a raping) and after the race he said he had a friend with a rt charger that was procharged that would smoke my cobalt, if it didnt there is seriously somthing wrong. but i agreed to race any ways. so we meet up and this charger sounds like the supercharger was about to grenade, he says that prochargers rattle loud like that, so anyway we do a 30 roll ( his request) i honked it off and his car realy sucked becouse i jumped out on him and pulled away. the video is terrible you really cant tell whats going on. i have raced rt chargers with just exhuast that hangs better then him. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ay53Sh84Ylo

nice kill. Whats even more funny is if there was nothing mechanically wrong with his car (which is the first excuse a persons comes up with) then he really sucks at driving...although those cars are heavy as hell. I guess that shut him and the guy with the civic up huh?

how did u do exhaust the si? i know they are making 175whp stock..not sure how they handle to bolt ons but im guessing you did with your mods/tune.
edit: just seen the other post, nice work. My friend has a ss/tc with intake/tune and the thing is a beast...we did a few races when i first got my 370z and he won once and hung with me the other 2 times, i ended up winning by a bumper.

Had to be something wrong. An auto is hard to screw up from a roll. Bolt on RTs can run low 13s and high 12s with perfect conditions. Should be a mid 12s to low 12s car.
The drummer in my band used to have an 07 RT but he wasnt much of a car guy, so I would drive it alot when we went places to see if anyone wanted to play. I got an m5 2v GT, an intake Lt1 who couldnt launch, and an SS/SC. Plus a few other bitch ricers lol

Did a little searching on the charger boards and challenger boards since they share the same motors and I found that typically a fully bolted Charger R/T traps 104-106. Found a few Pro-charger threads and they can make anywhere from only 400hp to 600hp. If the guy the OP raced was only making 400hp it is a very believable story but those V8's can be nasty with FI.
