Ran into an SS (S/C?)
Hey gang. Ran into an SS S/C on Route 50 in Va heading north towards I-66 and the Fair Oaks Mall (just before the 50 overpass on 66). Anyone here? It was dark, but it looked like a blue or black Cobalt. I am fairly certain it was an S/C since I am in a modified 2004 Grand Prix GTP Comp G and it did better than a non S/C SS would have done against me. I have vanity plates, if that helps. I know this is a shot in the dark, but just curious Thanks!
EDIT: Twas within the last week or two.

HAHA. Sorry. I didn't know we were racing, since we were both in turn lanes, and I had the inside, so he fell back behind me. Next thing I know, he's on it, so I stomp it...unfortunately, car was too high to downshift, and by the time I put it in manual and tried to tap it down to second with the shift buttons, it was in safety mode, and wouldn't let me, so I had to wait out the RPMs going up since I was in my **** spot. Luckily, the better gearing in the Comp G over the standard GTP helped, and it slowly went up until he wasn't pulling once he hit about 3/4 a car ahead, and then I started to creep back and eventually get a little ahead. At this point we were above the 55 MPH, and heading toward a police trap, so I backed down and he streaked ahead. Luckily for him, there were no police there. I tell you what, if I didn't hate flying and tried to drive every where when possible, I'd look at a cobalt for my next car since the lease is up on the GP in a year, however, as I said, I prefer driving, and as such, a roomy car is important. Though a stick would be nice, even though this car has tapshift, it's a weak substitute, though still makes it more fun in the corners.

I remember you from CGP Yeah, off the line is tough. I purchased better tires though, which helps a lot. I've got Pirelli PZero Nero tires, and I got a wider tread base as well, so the extra rubber combined with the more performance oriented tire helped
