Thanks guys. Back is just a lil sore.
I was making a left coming off I-95 to head west back to the meet. It was drizzling a lil and I just made a very bad decision and decided to give it some gas as I was making the turn.
When i shifted to 2nd it was over, back end just went out. I fought to gain control but I had fucked up from the beginning. There was no saving it. I went from the far left to the far right lane at the end of it and hit the guard rail with my front left headlight, so when I stopped I was facing oncoming traffic. Thank god there were no other cars around and that My friend and I were okay.
I'm just disappointed at how irresponsible I was. I am a prime example that you should play it safe at all times. It could have been a lot worse. I can't thank God more for allowing my friend and I to make it home without a scratch after the mistake I made.
The car is hit pretty banged up on the front end. The core support is bent, i Don't about the subframe. Its parked at my grandparents house. I haven't gotten to look at it today, don't really want to to be honest. If I can fix it I will because without my grandfather I would have never gotten it. I'd like to fix it for him. If its totaled I'll just decide then what my next step is.
