Last night I raced and Srt4 my mods are in my sig. he pulled a half a car one time and another time I pulled him a car I figured i had it in the bag. He was stock.

Exhaust and intake, with the conservative tune that Stage 2 is, its all probably hurting you.

 

i think the problem here is he might be a little faster.

 

Well he said something about a wastegate mod where he put a hole in the vacuum line to spike faster.

 

was it an 05? didnt those come Stage 1 from the factory?? I know my buddies 05 ACR was "stock", but it had like stage 1 injectors in it and a bigger downpipe and he would leave me back when i was S2 and intake

 

it was an 05 but that doenst mean it was an S1 that is a misconception for the 03 model to get to the power levels of the 04-05 you had to go S1 but an S1 on an 04-05 was even more power.

well I believe my car has as prob it has a lacking of power. Idont know what the pro is.

 

I raced my buddie s2 srt4 spike 22 hold 19 when he powershifts he has me by a car....

but that was when i was stock exhaust mods, and stock s2 pulley and slippen clutch. :-)

oh...i think u lackin driver mod. :-(

 

its hard to be a driver mod from a roll.

lol i was just ******* with u bro..they come 215hp and like 245 tq stock and we all know how under rated cars can be..and at ur best ur at 245 hp...srt4s how wierd power

the srt had injen intake, 3inch downpipe, boost controller, and some other ****...

me i had s2, with intake...and i had slippin clutch at that time.

I knw but hell if lose to him i can lose to an SI something is mad wrong with my car I have killed SRT's and that thing was a factory freak or something. well the one where i pulled I went perfectly then he said i jumped or some horseshit so then i hesitated after the 3rd honk the next time and got pulled by a half of car. I cant wait to get the 2.9 installed maybe that will help im going to race him again after i dont have flu like symptoms lol. I guess maybe my alertness was off but that is still no excuse .

 

make sure your intercooler pump still works...if it doesnt, you are losing power out the ass...trust me, i lost to a lot of cars that i shouldnt have, and it was because i had no intercooler...

 

maybe he was modded but stage 2 is slow so whatever

some interesting points for you to consider.

SS/SC times are about 0.5-0.6 seconds quicker than a civic SI

SRT4 times are about 0.5-0.6 seconds quicker than an SS/SC.


yet somehow....we apparently all beat new SIs by buslengths.....
but were shocked when stock SRT4s beat us?

maybe you have one of the lower rated stock ss/sc and your mods just got you about 210-220
