I am sure no one else want to read futher into this little fiasco. All technicalities aside you lost twice and won once and one race was from a place where if you car was faster it would have won.

Truth be told I could care less anyway.

Is there something wrong with making sure the internet isn't poluted with even more BS?

Sorry there wasn't a bomb exploding smilie so I used the guns blazing one instead. Every thread that you seem to go into and post blows into some GTO, Cobalt, SRT-4 hater thread. I don't understand why that is. Some cars will be faster than others. Stock vs stock, modified vs modified. It can go either way depending on the car you are talking about.

as for klugs power based on the mods he posted in the thread over there I would have to say, no more than 265 whp. If that. He is running what 14 psi on the turbo? S2 is meant to run at 17-19 psi. That 14 psi will cause the turbo to spool slowly too. PTB may not be an issue with it that low though. S2 runs rich as hell and he has no way to pull fuel out and the 14 psi isn't helping to lean it out either. So he is losing power that way as well. Honestly, he needs to get a wideband if he doesn't already have one, crank the boost up a bit to atleast say 18 psi and give it a try. It is a whole nother beast at 18-19 psi compared to 14 psi.

Hey I don't have a problem with any car just the drivers.

I had a SS/SC and loved the damn thing but I had a few LS1's before that and missed the raw power a LSX provides. You come across as a SRT-4 guy that I could get along with. Jered on the other hand belives fire shoots from his tailpipe and all should bow to the power and internal boost vent.

As for his car and Stage 2 he is running more than 14psi last time I checked unless the FMIC would cause a little boost decrease which would be made up for with lower temps. We could argue about the aggressiveness of factory tunes OE and Aftermarket all day long.


This thread just got out of control due to a fragile ego.

I am sorry but if a SRT-4 cannot dominate from a roll how many times will it win from a dig? I don't know of many fast FWD's that dominate from a dig but loose when roll racing.


And I don't need any back up from friends I can take care of myself.

I am normally pretty reasonable. I know there are limitations on cars depending on setup and I also know that I do not know everything there is about every car out there, including my own. I am still learning every day about something knew. That is the great part about the online forums. I have a problem I go on the forums and look it up. Usually find a fix with in an hour or so and the car is back up and running at full potential (well atleast with my limited tuning abilities).

What I don't like is hating done on really any one car just because an owner of another car doesn't like it. I don't mind opinions, which everyone is entitled to, but I don't like open hating. Big difference between the two in my opinion.

And the same with me, I don't really have anything against other cars, just the owners that drive them as well.

It was a cooler night low 60s computer pulled boost, on a normal 80s day i run 16 hold.

haha It was cold out it pulls boost and adds timing. = the same power. thats what the stock pcm is designed to do. Colder out, less boost, more timing = hotter out, more boost, less timing. haha wow you are smart. IT EQUALS THE SAME POWER. its not a excuse. I have no excuses for y i only one one. I shouldnt of even been close to you. But for some reason i was. I thought you would kill me but i saw nothing of that.

Pull your AIT sensor out of the intake and it wont do this and get a better wga to run directly off the compressor and it wont do it ever.......

My GTP dominates from a dig but blows at roll racing. I think there is as many SRT4 and GTO members on this forum as Cobalt owners.. Why do I have a GTP and am a premium member in here?? I like watching you guys fight

haha Yeah there are several ways. I just cant deciede if i want to get a wga or not. I dont want to buy one and then turn around couple months later and buy a new turbo and sct tuning ****.

Stock GTO > SRT-4 Stage 2+
